With all of us spending a lot more time than we would like to admit on various social media platforms, it has become very obvious that having a social media presence is an important marketing tool for every business. The platform’s young audience creates the perfect environment to target this much sought after demographic. Twitter like Facebook is also a platform that is a great for most businesses. The trending feature of the platform can prove extremely valuable because it not only allows you to keep track of the latest news in your industry but it also allows you to be a part of it. The immediacy of the platform also allows you to provide your customers with real time information, such as sales, offers, latest products or updates on any technical issues you may be experiencing.
